1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Wishlist Engine (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service Wishlist Engine is a market intelligence tool designed to track public Steam metrics and influencer data. The Service provides estimates, benchmarks, and data aggregation.

3. Data Accuracy Disclaimer (Important) Our service relies on public data, third-party APIs (like Steam and Twitch), and proprietary estimation formulas (such as the follower-to-wishlist multiplier). Wishlist Engine does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of this data. The metrics provided are estimates intended for market research and competitive analysis. We are not responsible for discrepancies between our estimated data and your private Steamworks dashboard, nor are we liable for any business decisions made based on our data.

4. Acceptable Use You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scrape, reverse-engineer, or maliciously attack our databases.
• Share your Pro account login credentials with multiple unassociated users.
• Use the tool to spam, harass, or maliciously target content creators or competing developers.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Lemon Squeezy Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles all payment processing, invoicing, and global tax collection (such as VAT or Sales Tax) for Wishlist Engine Pro subscriptions.

By upgrading to a Pro account, you agree to pay the stated recurring fees and agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms of checkout. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or via your Lemon Squeezy receipt. Upon cancellation, you will retain Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service. All billing inquiries or payment disputes may be handled in conjunction with Lemon Squeezy support.

6. Service Availability We strive for 100% uptime, but Wishlist Engine is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Wishlist Engine or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost wishlists, or business interruption.
